Prerequisites:

For those obtaining the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) include having a secondary degree (such as a high school diploma or associate's degree) with a minimum of 21 contact hours of training in Agile practices, or a higher degree (like a bachelor's degree) with a minimum of 12 months of general project management experience within the last five years, as well as at least 8 months of Agile project management experience within the last three years. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 2,000 hours of work experience on project teams, earned within the last five years, with a portion of this experience focused on Agile methodologies or working on Agile project teams.
